Caries

Caries is a disease of the soft tissue of the tooth, which causes damage to the enamel and subsequently to the dentin. The main reason for the development of caries is pathogenic microorganisms, although there are provoking factors, such as poor hygiene, eating habits, harmful habits, some diseases and uncontrolled consumption of drugs, which, accordingly, leads to a violation of the microflora of the oral cavity. Also, the genetic factor and the physiological characteristics of the organism play a big role in the development of caries. Caries does not allow the patient to use the most effective method of communication, smile, and the unpleasant smell from the mouth can be a cause of psychological discomfort. Treatment of caries in dentistry is no longer limited to removing damaged tissues and filling the defect with filling material. A tooth restored by this method meets both aesthetic and functional standards.

Pulpit

Pulpitis is an inflammation of the soft tissues of the tooth, it mostly causes infection and is a complication of caries. This disease is quite common and is familiar to many people with acute pains. Pulpitis is characterized by self-aggressive and nocturnal pains that radiate to different areas of the face. Pulpitis usually starts from the infected area surrounding the carious cavity, and later the microbes and their toxins penetrate deeper. In addition to infection, pulpitis can be caused by trauma to the tooth, temperature and chemical factors. Treatment of pulpitis requires preliminary anesthesia, treatment begins with removal of damaged tissues and creation of direct access to the canals, followed by mechanical medical treatment and numbing of the canals. In modern dentistry, compared to manual processing, the system that includes endomotor, bunic and rotary cutting tools is preferred, they have a special shape, design and elasticity, which allows us to drain the infection as much as possible from the curved, thin and difficult-to-pass canals, to give the canals conicity. By means of the endomotor, effective and complete obturation of the canals is achieved.

Periodontitis

Periodontitis is an inflammation of periodontitis tissues, the inflammatory process spreads not only to the tooth, but also to the bone tissues around the root, which is accompanied by damage to the tooth's fixation ligament, tooth loosening, pain to the touch and possibly an increase in temperature. During the asymptomatic course of the disease, the bone around the root is loosened and a granuloma is formed or A cyst that already requires serious treatment, not only to preserve the tooth, but also to protect the body from general intoxication. In order to treat a tooth with inflammation, it is opened, the canals are treated mechanically, antiseptically with ultrasound. Depending on the general condition and stage of inflammation, tooth treatment is carried out in one or several stages.
